Before joining SES, Laura worked for three years in Incisive Media's London office, programming content for conferences, exhibitions, and seminars across various portfolios including information, publishing, HR, and legal events. She has also managed social media marketing campaigns for several event brands.

Before Incisive, Allen worked as an SEO consultant and also co-founded Moblog:tech, an award-winning mobile social networking software provider and owner of the mobile social network Moblog. The faculty has provided the content, which has been used to produce a suite of courses. He is now aligning SES workshops to fit seamlessly with this online offering to provide a clear training path for SES delegates.

Paul co-founded his own e-learning company and has been delivering online professional and CPD training since 2000.
