Exhibit Space details

Exhibit Area
The rent for exhibition space only includes carpet and nameboard and an Exhibitor Service Manual. Although show management will consider requests for specific stands, no assurances can be given that the Exhibitor will be assigned the specific stand requested.

Event Website Promotion
The exhibitor's company name and description appear on the exhibitor page of the event website. Thousands of Internet industry professionals visit the website prior to and during the event, thus providing tremendous exposure to the sponsor's brand and potential traffic to the sponsor's website.

Conference Passes & Discounts
The exhibitor receives 2 complimentary registration passes for use by their personnel. These passes may not be transferred or re-sold in any manner. The exhibitor may offer their customers and additional personnel a discount of 20% off the regular registration rate. Applies to new registrations only. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts.


Networking Sponsorships

Networking Breakfast Sponsorship details

Introduce the conference attendees to your products and services by hosting a private networking breakfast. The sponsor is provided with a conference room, standard A/V*, and four 22"x28" directional signs. The Networking Breakfast sponsorship also includes:

Cocktail Reception Sponsorship details

The official SES Cocktail Reception sponsorship includes the following:

One bar or food station will carry your logo. Each bar or food station will have a literature rack that carries your collateral. Each sponsor will receive 50 specially branded drink tickets to be distributed at their booth. Sponsor has the opportunity to announce a prize giveaway at the end of the cocktail reception (Sponsor is responsible for purchase of the prize).

Event Website Advertising
The sponsor's logo will appear on the agenda page of the event website, with a link to the sponsor's website. Thousands of Internet industry professionals visit the event website prior to and during the event, thus providing tremendous exposure to the sponsor's brand and potential traffic to sponsor's website. The reception will also be mentioned on the special events webpage.

Conference Registration Passes for Sponsor's Personnel
Sponsor will receive one complimentary registration pass to the event for use by its personnel and may not be transferred or re-sold in any manner.


Content Sponsorships

Track Sponsorship details

Sponsor a SES content track on the day of your choice. Conference sessions are attended by all paid conference attendees. Sponsorship of an SES track includes the following:

  • Ability to hand out literature piece or promotional item outside the track room prior to sessions beginning
  • Placement of sponsor logo on speaker podium
  • Company listing and logo on SES conference website
  • Inclusion of company logo as track sponsor on the on-site signage where track is mentioned
  • Thank you by track moderator prior to start of session
  • Logo on opening slide: "Session brought to you by ..."

Please Note: SES reserves the right to review all companies interested in this sponsorship prior to commitment.

Keynote Sponsorship details (exclusive)

Sponsor one of the most attended sessions at the conference: the SES keynote. The keynote is attended by all conference and exhibit registrants. Sponsorship of an SES keynote session is exclusive includes the following:

  • Ability to hand out literature piece or promotional item outside the track room prior to sessions beginning
  • Placement of sponsor logo on speaker podium
  • Company listing and logo on SES conference website
  • Inclusion of company logo as keynote sponsor on the on-site signage where keynote is mentioned

Exclusive Sponsorships

Email Message Centre Sponsorship details
(exclusive)

The Email Center Sponsor has the opportunity to sponsor a high traffic area where attendees can check email and browse the Internet.

The sponsor is provided with a SES banner with their logo and directional signs (as space permits). The sponsor's website will be displayed on the monitors as an initial greeting screen. The sponsor is also allotted an area in the email message center to distribute promotional materials (no pens or full size notepads).

This sponsorship opportunity is limited to one qualified applicant and is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Pen Sponsorship details

The pen sponsor has the opportunity to provide a pen for each attendee on-site. Pens will be placed in the conference tote bag. This is a promotional item that will be used during the day and long after the seminar concludes, providing maximum marketing impact.

This exclusive sponsorship opportunity is limited to 1 qualified applicant and is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. The pen sponsor is solely responsible for creating, producing and delivering the items to the seminar location 48 hours prior to the event. Sponsor is solely responsible for all expenses associated with creation, production and shipping.

Notepad Sponsorship details

The notepad sponsor has the opportunity to provide 8x11 inch notepads for each attendee. Pads will be placed in the conference tote bag. This is a promotional item that will be used during the day and long after the seminar concludes, providing maximum marketing impact.

This exclusive sponsorship opportunity is limited to one qualified applicant and is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. The notepad sponsor is solely responsible for creating, producing and delivering the items to the seminar location 48 hours prior to the event. Badge Booklet Sponsorship details

The Badge Booklet sponsor may have their logo printed on the front of the badge booklet as well as designing the back cover. This sponsorship opportunity is limited to one qualified applicant and is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Sponsor must deliver a sample of the creative to SES.

T-Shirt Sponsorship details

SES will produce a white (other colors are extra) top quality 100% cotton t-shirt with Sponsor's logo (4 color) on the back. (Size placement at discretion of the Sponsor.)

Lanyard Sponsorship details

The Lanyard sponsor may have their company logo (or URL) printed on the lanyard worn by all event attendees. This sponsorship opportunity is limited to one qualified applicant and is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Place your company name, logo or booth number on the lanyard and you will be assured to leave a lasting impression on the audience.

Please note: The sponsoring company is responsible for creating, producing and delivering the lanyard. SES will provide assistance in locating a vendor if requested.

Bag Sponsorship details

The Bag sponsor may have their logo printed on one side of the official conference tote bag, which is handed out to all registered conference attendees and press. This is a promotional item that will be used during the event and long after the conference concludes, providing maximum marketing impact. This sponsorship opportunity is limited to one qualified applicant and is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note: Sponsor also has the option to produce and ship a customized bag. Bag design must be first approved by SES. Please contact your sales representative to determine sponsorship pricing and quantities.

Registration Sponsorship details

Featured Exhibitor/Sponsor of the Week details

Available to Exhibitors/Sponsors only on a first-come, first-served basis. Opportunity to be featured on the event homepage website for one week (7 days) commencing 4 weeks out to the event via a rotating banner.

  • Exhibitor/Sponsor to provide 100 word promotional copy, graphic and one link.
  • The homepage attracts hundreds of visitors before, during and after the conference.
  • Maximum of 2 featured sponsors per week.
Email Promotion Blast details

Promote your booth presence or special function to the show attendees through targeted email marketing. We will send out your message (75 words or less) in HTML format to the pre-registered attendee list one week prior to the event, as well as on the first morning of the conference. Listing order on the blast is on a first come, first served basis. Text, logos, and links must be sent to SES one week prior to message delivery. The email blast text must pertain to your participation in the event and must be approved by show management. We reserve the right to modify your message (upon your approval) to meet our formatting and privacy guidelines.

Magazine Distribution details

Magazine display bins will be set up in the registration area for you to distribute your publications.

Promotional Distribution details

Companies who desire distribution of promotional merchandise at the event have the option to include their item directly in the conference tote bag. With the distribution of your promotional item (no pens, notepads, lanyards, mini-maps, or t-shirts) you can be assured that the most qualified industry professionals will know about your company, product, or service. Distributing your company item will also create a marketing impact that continues even after the conference is over.
