The official SES Cocktail Reception sponsorship includes the following:
One bar or food station will carry your logo and will also have cocktail napkins with your logo. Each bar or food station will have a literature rack that carries your collateral. Each sponsor will receive 50 specially branded drink tickets to be distributed at their booth. We will send out your message (75 words or less) in HTML format to the pre-registered attendee list one week prior to the event, as well as on the first morning of the conference. The email blast text must pertain to your participation in the event and must be approved by show management.
